The Kent Catholic Schools’ Partnership (KCSP) is a Multi Academy Trust established by the Archdiocese of Southwark to promote and protect Catholic education across Kent. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and visionary Headteacher to lead St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School in Tunbridge Wells from September 2026.

Catholic Leadership
The Headteacher plays a central role in shaping and sustaining the Catholic life of the school. As such, we are seeking to appoint a practising Catholic who will provide inspirational Catholic leadership and be recognised by pupils, families, and the parish as the school’s spiritual and educational leader.
